Available payment methods
Payment is handled through Shopify’s secure checkout. The methods shown there are the methods currently available for the customer’s location, currency, device, and the payment services enabled for the store. We do not promise a method here if it is absent from live checkout.
Authorization and order confirmation
A bank or payment provider may authorize or verify a charge before the order is accepted. An order is accepted only after checkout is completed and the store confirms it. A pending authorization may remain temporarily if payment fails or an order is cancelled; release timing is controlled by the payment provider.
Billing details and failed payments
Enter billing details exactly as required by the payment provider. If payment fails, recheck the card or account details, billing address, available funds, authentication step, and provider restrictions. We cannot override a provider’s decline.
Taxes, shipping, duties, and refunds
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown or explained during checkout. International duties or import charges may be collected separately unless checkout states otherwise. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Protect your information
Do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords, or one-time security codes through the contact form. For an order-specific payment question, use Contact Us and provide the order number without including sensitive payment credentials.
